Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Oud Tuner, provided by Softadev. By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app or purchase a subscription.

The service

Oud Tuner provides pitch detection and tuning guidance for oud instruments. The app is intended as a practical tuning aid and does not guarantee perfect results in every environment, device, instrument condition, or noise setting.

You are responsible for how you use the tuning guidance and for any adjustments made to your instrument.

Subscriptions and billing

Oud Tuner may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including free trials or introductory offers when available. The current subscription name, price, billing period, and trial terms are shown on the paywall before purchase and again in the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

Refunds, cancellations, billing disputes, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies and applicable law. We cannot directly cancel, refund, or manage store subscriptions for you.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal use on devices you own or control.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, redistribute, interfere with, misuse, or attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, security, or technical restrictions in the app.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the app. Some features depend on device microphones, operating system permissions, app store services, RevenueCat services, and network availability.

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softadev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store, Apple Media Services, Google Play, and device platform terms. Where required by Apple, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.
